About the Space
Located in the heart of Chelsea, our spacious 3rd floor gallery (1,800 sq. ft) consists of three loosely divided rooms with 13' high ceilings, large windows, natural lighting, and a view of the High Line, offering the perfect space for presentations, art exhibitions, photo and video shootings, receptions, fashion events, promotional events and more. Rates: Mon. - Fri. 9am - 5pm: $250 per hour - 5 hours minimum Off hour (before 9am, after 5pm): $280 per hour Sat. Sun: $280 per hour - 5 hours minimum Weekly and monthly rentals available (negotiable) Extra fees: Should be paid directly to the venue - Site rep: $130 ( support at the beginning and the end) -Cleaning fee: $130 -Janitorial fee: $50 Freight Elevator(Can be used as passenger elevator): 24 hours/day Monday - Friday. 12pm - 5pm. Saturday 11am - 5pm. Sunday Elevator: Main elevator: 24/7. The space is spacious, well-lit, and very flexible. I personally used the space to propose to my partner, and even though I couldn't visit before confirming the booking, I was quite pleased once I got to see it in person. Beyond the space, the hosts (Misuzu and Robin) are some of the most friendly, accommodating, and reliable people I've worked with for this sort of engagement. I couldn't have been more impressed with them! They both went through all the excruciating details of the planning process once I had a draft, and pointed out areas where things could be improved based on my vision for the experience. They also facilitated multiple visits, and just gave generously of their time whenever I needed them to. I'd recommend this space to anyone looking to host any kind of event where lots of room and minimalist ambience is desired, but more importantly, I'd strongly recommend the hosts and hope I get to work with them again in the future!

This was the *perfect* venue for my gallery show birthday party. Communication: very fast, efficient and clear! Misuzu was super responsive and made it really easy to plan ahead. I’m also a little neurotic so I appreciate her dealing with my many questions :) Facility: You can see in the pics that it’s a beautiful space but it’s even more stunning in person! I chose this space specifically because it has 3 “sections” so I could divide my show experience but still have everyone and everything together. The natural light is stunning, even on a rainy day. The high ceilings and light made everything and everyone look so good!! I also rented some equipment like tables and chairs and table cloths and I appreciate that Robin and Misuzu made it so easy to get what I need. I wasn’t sure how many I would need or how many guess would come, so the flexibility was exactly what I ended up needing. It was truly a perfect event and I will 100% be using this place in the future!!!!

Misuzu and Robin were amazing hosts to work with. Robin initially met me at the site, he was very responsive with all of my many questions, and remained incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. He was very helpful hanging our art. He was at the event the entire time helped set up and clean up, but he was never intrusive. Very nice demeanor. They did a great job presenting the space on the website. I strongly recommend renting the space.
