Located in the heart of Chelsea, our spacious 3rd floor gallery (1,800 sq. ft) consists of three loosely divided rooms with 13' high ceilings, large windows, natural lighting, and a view of the High Line, offering the perfect space for photo and video shootings, presentations, art exhibitions, receptions, fashion events, promotional events and more. Rates: Mon. - Fri. 9am - 5pm: $230 per hour - 5 hours minimum Off hour (before 9am, after 5pm): $250 per hour Sat. Sun: $250 per hour - 6 hours minimum Weekly and monthly rentals available (negotiable) Extra fees: Should be paid directory to the venue. Site rep: $120 ( support at the beginning and the ending) Cleaning fee: $100 Freight Elevators: Mon- Fri 24 hours/day Saturday 12pm -5pm. Sunday 11am - 5pm. Off hours available at $85 per hour Elevator: Main elevator: 24/7. Sun. from 12pm Second elevator: Mon - Sat: 8am - 6:15pm Sun: Closed (available at $85 per hour) In-house rental furniture in the amenities: Chairs ($1.20 each), Tables ($12 each. With bar table cloth $18 each), Coat racks ($15 each), Pedestals ($12 each), Speakers ($5 5each), Microphones ($20 each), Projector ($85) Rental furniture fee should be paid directly to the venue when order was made.

This was the *perfect* venue for my gallery show birthday party. Communication: very fast, efficient and clear! Misuzu was super responsive and made it really easy to plan ahead. I’m also a little neurotic so I appreciate her dealing with my many questions :) Facility: You can see in the pics that it’s a beautiful space but it’s even more stunning in person! I chose this space specifically because it has 3 “sections” so I could divide my show experience but still have everyone and everything together. The natural light is stunning, even on a rainy day. The high ceilings and light made everything and everyone look so good!! I also rented some equipment like tables and chairs and table cloths and I appreciate that Robin and Misuzu made it so easy to get what I need. I wasn’t sure how many I would need or how many guess would come, so the flexibility was exactly what I ended up needing. It was truly a perfect event and I will 100% be using this place in the future!!!!

Misuzu and Robin were amazing hosts to work with. Robin initially met me at the site, he was very responsive with all of my many questions, and remained incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. He was very helpful hanging our art. He was at the event the entire time helped set up and clean up, but he was never intrusive. Very nice demeanor. They did a great job presenting the space on the website. I strongly recommend renting the space.
