You are invited to enjoy a business offsite space like no other here in the City. The Garden Pavilion is comfortable and elegant and perfect for the most casual meeting to the most polished presentation to a relaxing mini-retreat. You will have use of the entire Pavilion and the garden- side decks, and you are welcome to enjoy the expansive and varied garden. I've noticed with other offsites that folks tend to start their days working inside the Pavilion- and then later after lunch on the deck- they continue working with their laptops relaxing outside, surrounded by the large succulent collection. I can supply the white board (easel style) and poster paper, colored markers, and lots of stickies. The engineers tell me that the Garden Pavilion's internet speed is fast and plenty powerful enough for their coding offsites. A full kitchen is here for your catering use, but no cooking please - warming up the catered meals is fine! The Pavilion is in Lower Potrero Hill so biking here is easy along flat streets (and there is a bike rack in the garden). Uber and Lyft come in one minute. There is street parking with some two hour restrictions on some spots but not during the weekends on this street. The best places to find all day parking is up the street half a block along Mariposa Street and the nearby cross streets. Please adults only, no pets, and no smoking (includes vaping, and marijuana), and no amplified music on the deck out of courtesy to my neighbors. I look forward to meeting you and your team! This is an adults only property. No pets, no kids, no smoking, no vaping, no smoking marijuana anywhere on the property. No amplified speakers outside. I'll help those of you with cars to park and avoid getting a ticket (it's mostly 2 hour parking on my street by the time you would get here). Parking can be challenging but there are usually all day spaces a half a block up. Secure bike parking in the garden.

Thank you Kepa for the use of your wonderful office space. It was the perfect location for our off-site meeting. The team really appreciated the comfortable environment and the beautiful gardens. We were lucky to have nice sun as well. A most unique location.
As all the other times I have booked this venue, I had a fantastic experience. Kepa is an amazing host that really make you feel welcomed and provide everything you need. I can't recommend enough, the space is great for small and medium sized groups, with great spaces for break out around the beautiful garden (it has been prettier every time I had an event there).
Kepa was an amazing host and we were so happy she was willing to share her beautiful space with us! Not only did she provide us with her beautiful space to use, she also was able to provide us with a whiteboard, markers and other audiovisual equipment. I would definitely book this space again!
We had a great team offsite here! Kepa was a marvelous host and the space was perfect for our group of seven people. Part of the day we were reviewing slides that we projected via the TV, and part of the day we were brainstorming. We appreciated the easel and paper for the brainstorming session. The interior and exterior spaces are both lovely. It was rainy most of the day so we stayed indoors, but the grey mood of the yard made it even cozier inside. Kepa was very responsive to my questions about the space and how it would work for our group, and about the logistics of the space and parking in the neighborhood. I always got a response from her very quickly. We used the Peerspace Concierge for catering. Breakfast and lunch were great. We had ordered snacks for the afternoon, but Instacart delivered somebody's groceries by mistake. The Concierge took care of it and arranged for a refund for us, no problems there. We hope to return on a sunny day next time!
