You are invited to enjoy a business offsite space like no other here in the City. The Garden Pavilion is comfortable and elegant and perfect for the most casual meeting to the most polished presentation to a relaxing mini-retreat. You will have use of the entire Pavilion and its multiple decks, and you are invited to enjoy the expansive and varied garden. Since Covid most folks prefer working on the decks. I have a TV monitor for use outside, and there is also the 40" monitor inside the Pavilion for your use. The WIFI is very strong and fast indoors and outside. (I have Enterprise Grade WIFI 802.11ac Wave2 MU-MIMO with a gigabit synchronous fiber uplink from Sonic, and dedicated access points in the Garden Pavilion). I supply a white board (easel style) and stickie poster paper, colored markers, and lots of stickies. A kitchen is here for your catering use, but no cooking please - warming up the catered meals is fine, and please feel free to use my dishes, mugs, glasses and silverware. I offer fresh coffee and teas and creamers, (coffee maker and tea kettle). I will also put some waters in the fridge for you. The Garden Pavilion is in Lower Potrero Hill so biking here is easy along flat streets (and there is a bike rack in the garden). Uber and Lyft come in one minute. Cross streets: Missouri between 17th and Mariposa Streets. The Garden Pavilion cannot be seen from the street- it is in the back of my garden. Parking: The best all day parking option is the public parking garage at 350 Rhode Island Street- which is 6 blocks from here down on 17th Street. Folks can park there for $20/ day flat rate. There is limited street parking because it is allowed only for 2 hours (and in some spots 4 hours) from 8AM-10PM Monday - Saturday. Please no pets, and no smoking. I am fastidious about cleaning and airing out the Pavilion between guests. I supply hand sanitizer and paper hand towels in the bathroom. I look forward to meeting you and your team!
