About the Space

Our space is a full-service rental photography and video studio, meeting and event space. Measuring 1500 square feet with 12 foot ceilings, we offer an open floor plan flooded with natural, soft, north-facing light and fabulous views of the Empire State building. ​ Equipped with a newly-renovated chef's kitchen, designer furniture, full bathroom, freight elevator, and WiFi connectivity. We offer all the amenities and services needed for a wide variety of photo/video shoots and events. Our space features beautifully remodeled shoot-in kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a deep undermounted sink, caeserstone counters, a fully tiled backsplash, functional kitchen window, moveable butcher block prep table with cooktop and wrap-around cabinets. Our studio is fully aware of the needs, wants, and demands of clients, photographers, and art directors alike. With an acute attention to detail and an understanding that things may not go according to plan, we offer prospective renters the environment, tools and skills to make every shoot successful.​​  Schedule a visit and see for yourself! *Note: the space was recently renovated and is now double the size. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

Yes, I would book again.

Excellent experience. Jessica and Juan were so friendly and accommodating. Really made my first Peerspace experience a seamless one. Communication was so prompt. And the space was perfectly equipped for our production. The video turned out great and it was thanks in no small part to the quality of the setpieces found at their location. I would absolutely keep Space 28 in mind for any future bookings with similar needs and would absolutely recommend anyone book here if they have similar needs and expectations of quality.
