We have hosted fundraisers, weddings, bar mitzvahs, meditation weekends and even a dog grooming event! Basically, anything you can imagine. PRICING - SATURDAYS - whole property: $3600 - Studio A: $2300 - Studio B: $1350 PRICING - SUNDAYS - whole property: $2500 - Studio A: $1350 - Studio B: $1150 This rate gets you in the whole space for the entire day until midnight. We negotiate specials for artists or charities so please reach out. In addition, production events can often work in half the space or share with other productions (photoshoots, etc). In these cases the rate is obviously lower. As always, there are exceptions so talk to us! Meat & Potatoes - 5000 square feet - 2 kitchens, one restaurant grade with commercial fridge, freezer and 8 burner range - 4 full ADA compliant bathrooms - abundant free street parking + back lot for 5 vehicles - business class high speed wifi + high speed wired internet - integrated music system - 14 foot high ceilings - 2 42 inch rolling displays for presentations, tethering, etc. - tons of power - comfortable, open space designed for maximum hang quality - half or full space rental - layout designed to handle large groups with production space/waiting area isolation
- DIY or professional catering/booze welcome. DIY must provide proof of insurance. - all parties/events must end by midnight - cleanup means take the garbage bags to the dumpster and return space to how you found it...that's it...we do the rest - Once booked, renter will receive access code to gain entrance to building - The alley behind facility can never be blocked by vehicles even during load in/out. All vehicles must load in and out from our back lot.
This space was amazing for our wedding. I didn't even decorate because it was so cool and funky on it's own. Scott was awesome, he was there for us every step of the way.
We had our wedding here this past weekend and rented out the entire space, a photo booth, and some extra furniture from Scott. It was amazing! Scott was very responsive and always got back to us in a timely manner, he was so sympathetic to our needs and really professional. He helped us out over and over again. The venue is maintained beautifully and our friends and family felt so comfortable there. People have told us it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to and that’s in part due to the space and team. Our day of team member Brian (Bryan) was also fab. Everyone worked so hard to take care of us and align the space with our wedding vision. Thank you so much!
We held a charitable cocktail ball here and could not be happier with the results. Scott, the host, is amazingly accommodating and will try his best to see your needs are met and that your event will go as planned. The space is gorgeous and the guests were thoroughly impressed. We used the photo booth and upgraded sound system and could not be more pleased with how it went. We barely had to decorate, the place speaks for itself. I would absolutely book the event space again.
Scott, the owner was SO easy to work with! And the space might look small from the outside, but it is HUGE inside, and has wonderful ambiance! Scott answered all of my questions, made sure that we were set up for our fundraiser, and made sure the evening ran smoothly. I can't recommend booking with Scott enough!

Where do I begin?! This place was absolutely phenomenally amazing! I knew it was a great space, but I did not know my guest were going to give me the feedback they did. From everyone, including me, it was not too big, and didn't make us feel too crowded. Being able to rent out the entire building is perfect for 80-100 people; especially when you need the building all day. What can beat a building having everything you need? Nothing! They had every chair, table, kitchen, microphone, stand, popcorn machine and the list goes on. Scott made sure we didn't have to have anything delivered. His knowledge in simple event planning helped us so much! I am literally trying to find an event to host there again because of the ease, comfortability and open space. Parking on California was a breeze also! Everyone got in one time and the program ran smoothly. We were grateful for the five spaces in the back too! If that hasn't convinced you enough, just stop by and take a look, chat with Scott and fall in love like I did. We also loved the luxe-vintage look and feel of the facility(the three decorated bathrooms were a hit). My guest from the conference simply enjoyed it! It was worth the investment! Thanks to Scott, I'm the talk of the town. Ha! :)
My decision to hold my surprise bday party here was a fantastic one on my part! Scott was always reachable whenever I needed him and was quick to answer my questions. Planning an event can be very stressful, and both Scott and Bryan were quick to ease my concerns and exuded confidence they could iron out any wrinkle that might pop up - and they definitely did just that. My guests were highly complimentary of the space and its management team, and several commented that they would consider hosting a party there.
