We negotiate specials for artists or charities so please reach out. In addition, production events can often work in half the space or share with other productions (photoshoots, etc). In these cases the rate is obviously lower. As always, there are exceptions so talk to us! Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. We just had our wedding at Trigger and could not have chosen a better venue. Scott is SO helpful and has anything you could dream of to make any event exactly how you want it. We wanted a venue with full flexibility to choose our own caterer and other vendors which Scott accommodates easily... Except his suggestions were too good to pass up on so we ended up using his favorite caterer (Bryan Eder), staffing (Carol's), and bar vendor (Bottle's & Cans). I had a million and two questions as I planned everything and Scott was quick to reply and always had an answer or solution to my concerns. 5 stars isn't enough!!
