I don't even know where to begin expressing how amazing our experience was with Scott and Trigger. One question that almost every single guest asked was how we found such a beautiful and fun venue. The space is everything you could ever dream of wanting... open and airy, while still being cozy and intimate; insanely imaginative decor that can be quickly rearranged to meet your needs and vision; and literally every last detail that you didn't think about needing until you were setting up. The place is a well-oiled machine! Scott is a fantastic host who went above and beyond to make sure that we had as little stress as possible for our reception. Every step of the setup he not only helped to bring our vision to reality, but had a million tricks to save us time and energy. He was quick to respond to all of the emails for ironing out the details, coordinated with the DJ and bar staff to make sure everyone could do their jobs well, and created a fantastic photo booth for our guests to enjoy. He is a true professional who will make sure that your party is a wild success. Thank you, Scott, for making our reception so memorable!
This was the perfect space for our event; it was exactly as advertised - clean, bright and open. The host was super welcoming and great to work with; communication was clear and prompt. We're looking forward to returning to Chicago and using this space again.
Nothing but compliments to Trigger, I used their space for my wedding reception recently. Scott was great to work with from the beginning. He was always willing to answer any questions and concerns that I had. The place is aesthetically beautiful for any type of event. I have to give compliments to Bryan whom on the day of the event went above and beyond to make everything as perfect as possible, Thank you Scott and Bryan for providing a beautiful venue and exceptional service.
This space was amazing! Thank you a lot to the host Scott too for always being extremely responsive and even drove back to the venue after we had turned off the photobooth he had set up already for us. It was perfect for our DIY wedding with the kitchen space and basement area to get ready. Scott was also very flexible with however we wanted to decorate the space. I would definitely recommend this space to others!
The space we rented at Trigger Chicago was a treasure. The overall vibe is warm, artistic and unique. Every area of space had detailed attention. For example, even the bathrooms had their own individuality. The space accommodated our needs and more. The venue is incredible and was perfect for our event in every way. Leading up to the event, Scott answered every question I sent within an hour and on the day of our event, both his wife and he were extremely accommodating. I have received fantastic feedback from everyone who attended on how spacious, cool, and inviting the space was. It was truly perfect for us and we plan to come back. The best part was that we had to decorate it very little because of the ambiance already created with their cool style.
