Located on 34th Street, between 5th and 6th Avenues, the space is centrally located in Midtown Manhattan just minutes from Penn Station. It provides a picturesque setting to get away from "business as usual". The Terrace provides spectacular views of the Empire State Building, which is just across the street. The beautiful night sky will light up any event and provide an ambiance that cannot be compared to any other rooftop in Manhattan. Highlights Fully furnished with modern decor, comfortable couches, tables, and chairs The terrace has a 100-person occupancy, great for small or large events State of the art sound system with plugins for a DJ Outdoor Wifi Access High-Tech Lighting to set the tone for all event atmospheres Tall, stylish glass panels that are guaranteed to add to the modern and unique design and also ensure the safety of all occupants Hours: Open Daily from 11 AM to 8 PM, unless reserved for a private event. Functions: The location and design enable a versatility of events that can be hosted here, such as company networking events, trainings, corporate events, promotional events, etc. - Workshop - Meeting - Photo Shoot - Film Shoot A security guard is required per every 50 guests (these can be added to your booking, as well as catering and additional staff and additional furniture. Projector, bar, DJ, outdoor tents may also be added through us ) Catering available, minimum of 6 persons (outside catering not allowed). Please note pricing on weekends is double and there is a minimum to book-inquire with host.

This is such an excellent location! I taught a Zumba class at this location and it was just fabulous! Host was attentive, kind, responsive! The view is spectacular! Easy to access! I would totally recommend this space!

The team at Jay Suites was so easy to work with and made sure our event went smoothly. I cannot speak highly enough of Jacqueline and Jenni! They were easy to communicate with, so nice, and really helpful. The space itself is BEAUTIFUL! Looks right out at the Empire State Building. Our rooftop yoga event was a great success and we could not be happier with this venue!

This rooftop terrace was absolutely PERFECT. You can not beat that view of the Empire State Building. It really is such a beautiful setting for any type of event. Also, Jacqueline was fantastic to work with. She was very accommodating to all my requests as I was working on setting up the perfect proposal for my girlfriend. After the booking, Jacqueline put me in contact with Jenni and Mark, managers from Jay Suites, to make sure I was well taken care of. Jenni and Mark went above and beyond to make sure the proposal went as planned. Jacqueline, Jenni, and Mark were always extremely quick to respond to any questions I had through phone call or email. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did. I would highly recommend this space to anyone looking for the perfect setting with unbeatable service.

Jacqueline was absolutely amazing!! She was awesome to work with and her team really pulled out all the stops to help me plan to perfect proposal to my girlfriend [now fiance :-) ]. With her help, I was able to have rose petals in the shape of a heart, flameless candles, music in the background, and friends and family pop out right before I went down on one knee. The rooftop is amazing and is great for a variety of functions. It looks amazing at night and the venue has great lighting and looks even beet when the the empire state building lights up. I would book this rooftop without hesitation.

We had a summer party on the terrace last week and the views were amazing. The space is beautiful and easy to make your own. The staff is phenomenal. I can not praise the staff enough for their hard work and effort in making our event a successful one. I would highly recommend this space for your event or party. Thank you!
