This is not your average rental space. The rehabbed studio's history dates back to the early 1900’s with it’s original owner being a cobbler, until it transitioned into a zinc foundry where it remained for over 50 years. The foundry was even rumored to cast oscar awards at this very spot! We underwent a major renovation, bringing this little slice of history into a modern more open concept photography studio while maintaining it’s original industrial vibe. We’ve been delighted to host a variety of exceptional art shows, corporate and industry events, workshops and fashion shows for clients from around the country. This creative, urban space is just waiting for your next production. STUDIO INCLUDES: - 3,000 sq feet of working space - North Space: 25’ x 25’, 12’ ceilings, acid stained concrete floor w/kitchen - South Space: 22’ x 32’, 12’ ceilings, wide open w/hardwood floors - Conference Spaces: large open conference area and private office - 2 floating white L shaped walls to divide the space or for projection use - Client Lounge: filled with creative art books - Kitchen: restaurant grade with commercial 6-burner gas range, refrigerator and freezer, multiple countertops - Bathroom: full handicap compliant bathroom with walk-in shower - Styling Station: ample light, multiple counter tops, designated sink - Loading Dock: garage door access to studio for easy setup and teardown - Parking: 2 designated off-street parking spots and ample no-cost street parking - Dedicated production area with computer station and printer - High-speed wifi and surround sound audio system - Locking storage room for added security - Additional tables and chairs for conference setting - Conference Moniter with Apple TV - On-site studio manager available for the duration of your shoot
Professional/Corporate/Industry events only. Studio is not available for weddings or large private parties. A signed rental agreement is due prior to reserving the date. A studio manager will be on site for the duration of all rentals. All bookings start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up times. No smoking, illegal substances or dangerous conduct permitted. Alcoholic beverages without prior permission and additional liability insurance are not allowed. Our guests are free to use any licensed and insured DJ, caterer or alcohol vendor at our space, though we do ask that you submit them for our approval prior to booking. No modifications to the studio shall be made. The studio must be left in the condition it was found. Additional Charges: $150 Cleaning Fee (An additional cleaning fee may be incurred due to larger events, longer bookings with multiple days or kitchen use with food prep) (Damage fees may apply) We simply ask that you remain respectful and courteous of the space, create a safe working environment, leave the studio in the same condition, and most of all have a great time.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Jeff was a fantastic host and the space was exactly what we needed. We had to move around a lot of furniture and we asked Jeff a ton of questions and he was supportive throughout. We were able to get the space exactly how we wanted to with Jeff's help for our workshops. We utilized the whole space over two days. Jeff's space was perfect for our stop-motion and editorial photography needs! We were shooting both top-down as well as portrait stop motions and the rolling tables, loading garage, commercial kitchen, blackout curtains made our day a breeze! Their on-site manager was so helpful and friendly! Our team loved being able to play music over the speakers while we worked and the nooks for the team to disperse while not needed on-set. While we didn't take advantage of the prop library in the basement (amazing) or renting Jeff's lighting equipment, it's great to know both of those assets are on-hand for future shoots. We would absolutely book this space again for production!

Host is very responsive! Ample amount of parking, which I was slightly apprehensive at first!!! Everyone loved the space and it was perfect for my graduation party. We cooked our food here and it felt like we were at home! I would definitely recommend this space. It’s absolutely beautiful and all the amenities are top notch!!!! WOULD BOOK AGAIN! The space looks exactly like advertised , actually looks better in person! Thank to Anne and Jeff!!
