About the Space
Our building is brand new with large windows from floor to ceiling that overlook Broadway. This conference room is equipped with state of the art A/V equipment including Apple TV and Chromecast. In addition, we have 250 Private offices and desks that we'd love to share with you. - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

The space was nice, and I was able to book on the later side and still gain access to the building on the weekend. Edan was quite responsive.

I liked the space. I recommend putting a picture up of the building entrance because the address listed is not on Broadway itself. It is around the corner. Also, it would be great to have someone present during rental of office hours considering you can't just walk in. The gentleman handling the door that day was accommodating and kind but being present is key for the best service. A list should be given of all the rented timeframes for days on the weekend so the doorman can be present when meetings are scheduled. I will book again but I hope we can have these concerns met to provide a smoother experience for all office renters.
