Business Meetings - Daytime We include, Polycom, round tables (54" & 60"), seminar tables (18" x 8'and 6'), chairs, sound system, wifi, projector, screen, easels, use of wall for post-its, set-up and clean-up. Business Events: Coffee, Tea and Water bottles compliments of the house. Furniture and Audio/Visual included. Hours: 6am to 11pm Daytime Events: 8 Hour Minimum Evening Events: 6 Hour Minimum Listed price include: Setup Cleanup All furniture we own All A/V we own Breakdown Additional fees: All events that start at 5pm or later require a manager and sometimes a cleaning person. Manager fee is $35/hour On site cleaning person for events with more then 30 people is $20/hour
