Perfect for your business meeting, conference or photo shoot, we offer the amenities of a high-end Midtown event space in a neighborhood seeped in culture, fine dining and artistic expression. Roof proposals and elopements require only 2 hours of rental. Please note that elopements are only for parties of 10 guests. A manager fee of $150 is due the day of. **Friday night rental is 6 hours for up to 30 guests. Please note there is a manager fee of $300 due the day of. Business Meetings - Daytime We include Polycom, round tables (54" & 60"), seminar tables (18" x 8'and 6'), chairs, sound system, wifi, projector, screen, easels, use of the wall for post-its, set-up, and clean-up. Business Events: Coffee, Tea, and Water bottles compliments of the house. Furniture and Audio/Visual included. Hours: 6am to 12am Daytime Events: 8 Hour Minimum Evening Events: 6 Hour Minimum weekdays Manager fee is (weekdays night and weekends only) $250 for 6 hours (due the day of the event) $350 for 8 hours (due the day of the event) Listed prices include: Setup Cleanup All furniture we own All A/V we own Breakdown Additional fees: All events that start at 6pm or later require a manager and sometimes a cleaning person.

Our spaces are heavily cleaned before and after each event. Our staff will also clean during the event to make sure all the surfaces are cleaned.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
