We hosted a New Year's Eve Party for 30 people here (can definitely fit more). It was a great space to use and very spacious. The on-site manager was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The space is very versatile with their different furniture and layouts. Claudia and her team were very courteous and reasonable as well. There is also a refrigerator and a kitchen sink area which was nice too.
