We encourage you to schedule a guided tour of the space to really get a feel for it! We are situated in charming Old Town Torrance, just 20 minutes south of LAX and easily accessible to all of The South Bay and greater Los Angeles County. Close to the 110 and 405 Freeways, our major cross streets are Carson and Cabrillo. We have a large parking lot in the rear, tons of street parking, and within a few minutes walking distance to a couple of free city parking lots. Notes: 1. With the building owner’s authorization and an additional fee, we can accommodate production vehicles and large trailers. 2. Our 2-story - 14,000sf facility has 6 other rooms available for rent. 3. This ballroom space is located on the 2nd floor. Please note: we do not have an elevator. 4. Customized Lighting Scenes (spotlights, color LEDs, and personalized Gobo) are available for extra fees. 5. We have chairs available for rent, and a few standard size buffet tables. We suggest renting tables from a 3rd party source. 6. We have black floor to ceiling curtains that can be drawn completely to block out the sun, or cover the most of the mirrors. 7. As of 09.29.20 we are following strick Covid-19 Guidelines and rules. We ask that you do the same in order to book our venue.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This space saved our event. Just when we thought that Covid-19 messed up for us Elm and Luna came through. We worked with Elm from the beginning up until the of our event. He work with us around the clock. Even when he was off or out the office, Elm answer ALL our questions and helped us sooo much. Elm, from the bottom of my family and me, we truly truly appreciate you. Alex, thank you soo much as well for helping us host our Uncles memorial service. You helped us send our Uncle home in a memorable way and we appreciate you soo much too. I am recommending everyone to yall! We wouldn’t have been able to make this day special without yalls help. Luna was great and very responsive! Space is as advertised. We had two issues - there is very little parking - there are 20 reserved spots but even that is shared with the dance studio - we have over 100 guests and several of them had to walk a lot to get to the venue. And the other was several sockets were not working causing us to have to redo our decor.

From the beginning of booking and needing questions answered Luna was very helpful and patient. On the day my event my host was very hands on and made my daughter sweet 16 celebration even more great taking care of my guests, answering questions, having ideas on hand that I forgot and just so friendly.
