Equal parts creative laboratory and performance space, The Venue is a sprawling 40,000 square-foot venue for the public to engage with a variety of exhibitions, workshops, performances and special events. Catering: Beverage is exclusively done in house. Food service is strongly encouraged in house however kitchen buyouts are available upon request • Unless otherwise contracted, the Rental Fee encompasses a 12-Hour Day, which includes all vendors load-in, load-out, rental delivery and removal, and any break time. • The use of loading areas must be coordinated in advance so The Venue can ensure they are appropriately staffed. • All large-scale productions and build-outs must be approved by Venue and require submission of Architectural Designs and planned use of the venue. This includes any wall and ceiling hangings, or anything that might compromise the structure of the venue. Unless confirmed by Venue in writing, the venue must be completely restored, and all equipment removed by the end of the Rental Period. • Any exterior branding or public-facing treatments must be submitted for approval. • We require that you use ONLY 3M Brand Light adhesive tape when installing carpeting or any floor-based equipment or wiring. The use of Gaffers tape or vinyl stickers on the floors or walls is strictly prohibited unless previously approved. • If Event require that a motor vehicle or any other machinery that could contain gasoline, kerosene, diesel, propane, be brought into Premises, it is required by law that Client hires at least one fireguard, at its own expense, to be present at all times that the vehicle is inside Premises. If a vehicle is on Premises as Event design or Event product it is the Client’s sole responsibility to ensure the battery is disconnected and gas tank 1/4 tank or less. The cost of all fireguard services shall be paid directly by Client. Written permission from The Venue must be secured before a motor vehicle may be brought into the Premises. • For the safety of you and your guests, any existing doors or doorways cannot be blocked, as they are regulated, coded fire exits. Including the roll up doors in the gallery. • The use of tropical hardwood and virgin redwood product is strictly forbidden. • There may be no advertising of cigarettes or tobacco products in or around the venue. • Following each event, a cleaning crew will be on site for a detailing and deep cleaning of the space. Each vendor is responsible for the breakdown and removal of their equipment and all items that have been brought on site within the rental period and prior to the cleaning. Cleaning does NOT include spackling and painting. All holes and staples in the walls will result in a repair fee. • All garbage must be double-bagged and brought to the designated areas as directed by our on-site facilities team. Any leakages due to improper disposal of liquids will result in additional cleaning charges. Please do not overfill bags, keep them light enough to be carried. Large production refuse must be coordinated and removed from premises by client. Failure to remove all trash will require The Venue to bill the client an additional trash removal fee. • Paper towels are not to be disposed of in toilets. Flushing towels and products (other than standard tissue) will cause flooding and may result in a damage or clean up fee. • Do not place any solid waste in the any sink. Liquids and ice are the only items allowed in the slop sink. • Pictures of likenesses of the building may not be used in any photography or marketing without the permission of The Venue. • Without written permission of The Venue, no animals, skateboards, or bicycles shall be brought into the building. • Glitter and colored tissue confetti is strictly prohibited. If approved, confetti must be large pieces of metallic mylar, white, or non-soluble material so that should it land on a wet floor, the color will not stain. ANY OTHER COLORS OR MATERIAL WILL RESULT IN THE FORFEIT OF YOUR DEPOSIT AND THE COST OF REFINISHING THE FLOORS THAT BECOMES STAINED AND DAMAGED. CONFETTI MUST BE PREAPPROVED AND THERE WILL BE A $600 CLEANING FEE. Client is responsible for managing all hired acts and ensuring that they adhere to the Venue rules. Client assumes responsibility for all damage incurred by its vendors, performers, artists, djs, speakers, and guests, such as, but not limited to, unapproved confetti, graffiti, damage to Venue walls, and damage to equipment. • Solicitation and peddling in the building is prohibited. • All vendors must provide a certificate of insurance including the requirements listed on the following page that covers general liability.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

The host was very responsive and space was amazing. Marina was great with all the accommodations and helping me achieve the last-minute party we were planning. The only hiccup we had was with getting the contracts to move forward a bit fast but aside from that the venue was awesome and everyone loved it.
