About the Space
Our building is brand new with large windows from floor to ceiling that overlook Broadway. This conference room is equipped with state of the art A/V equipment including Apple TV and Chromecast. You'll be able to share our multiple conference rooms, kitchen, wifi, elevators,courtyard, penthouse rooftop and multiple communal space. Just minutes away from all the major subway lines (A, C, E, B, D, F, M, N, Q, R, 6 & 1)

The space was ok for a short business meeting with a small group. The TV was great, WiFi worked great. The chairs were mismatched and showed some signs of age/use. The non-window wall was discolored it was clear someone thought it was a whiteboard - and it's not. All things are ok for business meeting you can live with, it was a little challenge to find the room - and the host did not email me back through peerspace when I emailed him from the train to say we would be 15 minutes later than we thought, the security guard that let us in told the group the wrong floor and I tried calling the host this time - 2X I got his voice mail. He called me back very quickly and redirected me to the correct floor with some fast directions to get to the room itself. There was a coffee machine but no coffee pods available. If you book this room, book extra time for the minor issues to find it, and bring your own coffee/tea from outside. I would probably try another location before booking this room again. I am not sure if it's typical for all meeting space bookings at this price point. The process was easy to book and we did have a meeting as intended so little things that could be smoother to fix here.
