We are a family owned distribution/eCommerce company for high end bathroom and kitchen fixtures that reflect the industry's leading trends while adhering to environmental responsibilities and ensuring affordability. We recently moved to a new building and are providing well-lit, spacious offices for rent. This professional and beautifully lit conference room is available for hour or daily rentals. It is equipped with comfortable modern chairs, large wooden conference table, Epson projector, and access to kitchen and bathrooms. Outside catering allowed. High-speed internet available. The Conference Room can be rented per hour ($10), per half day ($30) or per day ($50) The Conference Room is available as a filming location weekdays from 6pm - 6am, and weekends any time, though prices vary depending on necessity. Please contact us for more information. When booking the conference room you are not allowed to use other rooms in the building (break room,lobby, Kitchen as a waiting area). We suggest in the case of interviews or depositions to keep traffic to a maximum of 3 people at a time. in this case (up to 3 people), they can wait in the lobby area. Please note that the conference room is located on the second floor and it is not handicap accessible
Guests have access to free wifi. Outside catering is allowed, but guests are asked to clean up after themselves. We request that guests behave in a professional manner while using the conference room so as not to disturb the employees or other businesses within the building. For any cancellations, please see the Peerspace cancellation policies. Our offices are open 9am-5pm. There is ample parking on the main street and side streets. Please be aware of street cleaning signs on side streets.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Very clean, modern, and affordable space. Had plenty of room for our group of 4, and great amenities, such as a glass wall that we could write on, a kitchen with a keurig coffee maker that we could use, wifi, and a projector. Bonus is that it is very close to our place of business. We needed a quiet and private space to hold an executive meeting, and that's exactly what this place provided.

Receptionist had no idea who we were when I got there and we wound up waiting for about 10 minutes until someone figured out who we were and took us to the conference room. Person that met us was not who is on here so that was also a bit confusing. AC was extremely low and room was hot and slightly humid, not ideal conditions. I did not want to interrupt meeting to ask for a solution so it's possible that was something fixable. Room itself was clean, spacious, and pleasant, AC excepted.
