Beautiful hardwood floors, exposed brick, beamed ceiling. Available for health & wellness events, photo shoots, or retail pop-ups. The space is open in front for retail or event space, with a desk that can be used for reception or sales area. This space is shared with the Chiropractic office in the rear of the building and there are 2 shared restrooms available on lower level (down stairs). Street entrance will not be used by Chiropractic office during popup events. Access to the lower level is for restroom use only.

Space is cleaned before and after each rental in accordance with COVID-19 guidelines. Cleaning is an additional flat fee for each rental.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
