The studio has a windowed retail storefront with a high 12-13' ceiling throughout, and looks like an art gallery or loft-style creative work space. The studio space totals 1,900 sq ft, with 1,500 sq ft of flexible, open floor space, and 100 linear feet of white gallery walls. The studio is just up the street from Warner Bros. Studio, in the desirable Magnolia Park neighborhood, with ample free street parking in front and three reserved spaces in the back. Ground-level access, with a custom-designed 10'x10' loading door at the back for easy load in. Modern amenities include WiFi and a sound system with easy connection to phone, iPod, or computer via mini plug or Chromecast Audio. PRODUCTION Certificate of Insurance required. Requested rental period is inclusive of load-in, setup, tear down, and clean up. All materials you bring to the studio, must leave with you. We require that guests notify us of any damage, and a walk-through is required before and after all bookings. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. No smoking. Alcohol can be served at your event, but not sold, unless through a caterer with the proper license/permits. You are responsible for providing security for all events with alcohol. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. If found to be present, client will be asked to dispose of immediately. Failure to cooperate will result in immediate halt of the rental without refund of any remaining time. Client may decorate the studio as long as there is no damage to walls, floors, mirrors, furnishings, equipment, etc. Decorations must be approved before use. No glitter, feathers, silly string, or duct tape allowed in the studio. Thank you, we look forward to working together!
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This venue is beautiful! We celebrated our daughter's Sweet 16 and had a "glow party" theme. We had about 70 guests and there was plenty of space for eating, dancing, for the photo station and video game area. Many parents commented on how beautiful this location is. Also, coordinating with Brad was so easy. He responds quickly and makes sure that we had everything we needed. We would definitely book again.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this space was! The host was amazing; leading up to our event, he was always quick to answer questions, and the day of the event, he made sure we had everything we needed for our night to be a big success. The space itself worked wonderfully, was in a great location, and there was plenty of street parking (we rented the space on a Saturday night, and all of our guests found parking within a block of the venue). I would book again, without hesitation!

This was a beautiful space and exactly what I wanted. Brad was awesome and extremely accommodating. My original venue for my screening event cancelled on me and Brad was able to host the event at his space on very last minute notice. From getting enough chairs to making sure I had my lighting just right, Brad truly saved my event and helped make it better than I imagined. I highly recommend this space.
