Justine & Gary welcome you to our latest valley venue, this spacious storefront location in the adorable Magnolia Park neighborhood. The space is open and available for bookings but please note we are also giving it a bit of a makeover. The first group of pictures represents the current condition and aesthetic of the space. The layout and shape have not changed. CREATIVE MEETINGS, WORKSHOPS, and PRODUCT LAUNCHES are a great fit for our venue. Guests in the space include: | The Ellen DeGeneres Show | A&E | Universal | Rob Reiner | Mark Cuban | Paul Feig | Fine Brothers Entertainment | Anastasia of Beverly Hills | Kaiser Permanente | OPI | Dell Technologies | Makeup Geek | Desert Essence | American Crew | We have a sound system, an LED projector on-site and a few small tables. We can help coordinate table and chair rentals through a local supplier. Porto's Cuban Bakery is just a block away and is great for catering meals, coffee and snacks. Saturday & Sunday events require a 5 hour minimum for all bookings. A COMFORTABLE PLACE for off-site business meetings, presentations, corporate training, seminars, workshops, happy hour, office parties, etc., with easy access in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. With lots of free parking in the area, the studio is walking distance to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. LOTS OF LIGHT, a high 12' ceiling, with 1,500 sq ft of flexible, open floor space. In the desirable Magnolia Park neighborhood, with ample free street parking in front and three reserved spaces in the back. Ground-level access, with a custom-designed 10'x10' loading door at the back for easy load in. CONVENIENT TO STUDIOS including Warner Bros., Disney, Universal, and Dreamworks. BOB HOPE AIRPORT is 10 minutes away. ALSO GREAT FOR meetups, art shows, fundraisers, launch events, book signings, castings, rehearsals, photo and video production, etc. As a film location, the space can easily represent retail, fine art gallery, creative work space, photo studio, office, urban loft, and distressed back alley. - Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

OMG! I absolutely loved the space. Gary was the best part of everything. He loves the space and take really great pride in it. It is open, clean and fresh. Very warm colors that work for any type of event. He was very responsive to our needs and also suggested the best party rental place.

LOVED working with Justine on our video production! The space was lovely, just updated, and easy to utilize. The hosts were warm, helpful, and flexible. We'll definitely book here again in the future should the need arise.

This venue was perfect for my graduation party. We weren’t able to schedule a tour prior to the day but Brad was very communicative and helpful. The space was bigger than we expected and we had plenty of space to move around even with two rows of long tables.

Brad is an absolutely fantastic and immensely helpful host. The studio was the perfect place to host our baby shower and Brad and his contacts made the planning even easier and painless. Brad, Rachel, and Gary were all very responsive in answering all our questions leading up to the event, and during handoff. The space was furnished and flexible in our arrangement of the house furniture plus the tables and chairs arranged by their vendor contacts Luis and Clara. All venue amenities allowed for us to take seamless possession and setup for our party day of, and really allowed us to celebrate worry-free. Thank you again Brad and team, can’t recommend Studio Buckman enough to others and anyone considering this space as their go-to for all special occasions. Matt & Tanya

This event space was perfect! I cannot recommend this space enough. Brad was helpful and easy to work with. Load in and out was simple with the alley access. The space is beautiful alone, once decorated it took on the theme and worked well. It got so many compliments from guests for the baby shower we hosted.
