Requested rental period is inclusive of load-in, setup, tear down, and clean up. All materials you bring to the studio, must leave with you. We require that guests notify us of any damage. A walk-through is required at the beginning and end of all bookings. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Event insurance and a damage deposit may be required. No smoking. Written approval is required for any early delivery or late pickup of rental items. Client may decorate the studio as long as there is no damage to walls, floors, mirrors, furnishings, equipment, etc. Decorations must be approved before use. We rented out Studio Buckman for our daughter's birthday this past Saturday. Brad, the owner is amazing to work with. He was always calm, cool and collected, very informative, helpful, and communicative. His place is really cool, like a blank canvas that you can decorate however you like. He was there to set different colors of lighting for our party. We couldn't be more happy that we've found this place close to home. I highly recommend this place! Thank you for everything, Brad!
Brad responded quickly and efficiently to my messages leading up to a very last-minute booking. I found him easy to talk to, Up to the very end, I thought I was given great advice on a number of things, and was accommodated with *quite* a number of things.. Uplights and mood lighting, optional black curtains, Christmas lights, etc. The venue - absolutely perfect for my wife's surprise themed milestone birthday party. The size, the layout, the look overall. I rented tables and chairs with a rental truck I all got nearby, and there was more than enough dance space in front of the dj who set himself up at the wall sharing the storage/dressing room. Throughout the party I was asked about this place and received compliments for it. Nearby (and I mean really nearby) a gas station (lucky for my friend who needed to buy something, a cute little park, and (lucky for my other friend who wanted to bring over things for) Porto's Bakery. Location, looks, layout, ease of use, ease of communication - I'm grateful I chose Brad and his place as my venue.
This space had everything we needed for a video shoot - excellent lighting, lots of space, and it was great to have a kitchenette/bathroom/various other amenities onsite. Brad was very helpful before, during, and until the very end. I hope to be back!
Brad is the nicest host ever. The Buckman Studio was the perfect space for my birthday! All my guests loved it's cozy vibe. Neat clean and well prepared and the lighting was very cool.
