We have a 2 ten foot tables that seat 20 people + couches, 5 monitors with Roku, 2 MacMinis, Xbox, projector, PA system with microphone, a green screen, sound recording booth (great for podcasts), full kitchen and showers. This is a ground floor storefront off of Hollywood Blvd (Walk of Fame) on a large alley called Cosmo. RATE: Negotiable if you are willing to share the space, or $100/hour to have it privately.

We had our first production meeting here and it was a pleasant experience. There was a staff that welcomed us and was very friendly. The place was spacious, clean and quite the whole time to where we were able to go over everything in the meeting without any noise or distraction. We would definitely meet there again. It was a great spot, amazing office, great props. However, I would advise the host not to be there as were filming and she got in many shots in the background. It was bit of a distraction to me and my team. Overall, the space was great!
