Located at 1500 Rosecrans Ave., Suite 500 in Manhattan Beach. Any traveling businessperson will appreciate the nearness of LAX, which is only 4 miles, or about 10 minutes away. The beach is also nearby, just a few minutes from the office. On-site there is an open lot for free parking, and plenty of metered parking on the street. A metro station is just 2 and a half miles from the building, that offers the Metro Green Line, and about half a mile from the building is a bus stop. This is a beautiful meeting room that seats up to 8 guests, kitchen with all the essentials (water, coffee, tea, utensils, plates, etc). We also have a full-time staff here to help you out, and everything is kept meticulously clean for you at all times. WiFi is included, conference phone, a beautiful glass dry erase board in the room w/ markers for you, and all cables to project from your laptop to the flat screen. We also rent full-time offices on a monthly short- or long-term basis. Inquire within if the need arises! Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
