Located at 1500 Rosecrans Ave., Suite 500 in Manhattan Beach. Any traveling business person will appreciate the nearness of LAX, which is only 4 miles, or about 10 minutes away. The beach is also nearby, just a few minutes from the office. On-site there is an open lot for parking at $20 per vehicle (cash upon exiting), and plenty of metered parking on the street. A metro station is just 2 and a half miles from the building, that offers the Metro Green Line, and about half a mile from the building is a bus stop. This is a wonderful, newly remodeled conference room that seats up to 4 guests, kitchen with all the essentials (water, coffee, tea, utensils, plates, etc). We also have a full-time staff here to help you out, and everything is kept meticulously clean for you at all times. WiFi is included, conference phone, a beautiful glass dry erase board in the room w/ markers for you, and all cables to project from your laptop to the flat screen. If you have any special requests, just let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate! ***MUST WEAR MASKS, AND ABIDE BY THE SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES*** ***Please note that we are only open M-F from 8:30am-5pm. I received an immediate response from Amy. The space was as advertised; however, the table electrical outlets were not functional and we had to hunt around for a way to charge our laptops. No one walked us through the features of the room so we didn't waste meeting time trying to get set up. The bathrooms also were under construction so we had to go to another floor and that should have been explained upon checking in to the space. There were not markers available for the white board we had to request them and they were almost depleted when we tried to use them. The space is nice and we would book it again but setting up a room in preparation of a booking is a nice welcome for guests; particularly ones who are utilizing the room for an entire day.
