Our rates include all of downstairs; stage area, a lounge area, 1/2 baths + limited equipment accessories (c-stands, v-flat, paper). Additional rentals include use of upstairs portrait and lifestyle space featuring: a full kitchen, larger bathroom, lounge, painted portrait canvas with natural light, tech support.
