Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property. This includes E-Cigarettes, Vaping or smoking of any kind-This is a smoke free zone. Please leave studio, kitchen, and bathroom as clean as found. Trash must be taken out at the end of your booking and placed in the outdoor dumpster. All rentals include set up and clean up time. Please inquire for details about staffing. Be respectful of other tenants in the building. No loud music. Low volume music is allowed. We ask that that doors to the building are never to be left open unattended-please close behind you. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items may be used to attach or affix anything to the building walls or structures. No glitter, No confetti, No Holi powder. No use of theatrical fog machines (please check first) Children or adults under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a person over the age of 21 Events must be private. Additional equipment rentals to be made in advance. Violations of these rules can result in a fine of $350 (especially the smoking) *Bookings that go past 10:30pm are subject to 1.5 the hourly rate. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The space is so beautiful! And it Mick was a great host. Very responsive, answered all my questions even made time to allow my party planner to come and view the space in my absence. My moms 50th birthday party went off without a hitch. The only negative is the parking which was a bit difficult to find as more guest arrived. However I will definitely use this space again in the future.

Such a beautiful space that I used to host a motherhood event. Communication went swiftly with Mick and I probably asked the most questions of all of his bookings. It’s an ideal location with a parking spot which is a plus as most Bay Area venues do not offer a private parking spot. Venue was clean, had plenty of natural lighting (perfect for photos) and was spacious for a 30 people event including a coffee cart, 6 vendors and a photography set up with a backdrop. If I could choose, I’d use this venue again and again!
