About 64 Sound

Recently restored and opened for business, this studio is really beautiful on film and in person. In a 2400 square foot stand-alone, single level building, with immediate curbside loading access to it's large 1000 square foot "tracking room". Appointed with a huge selection of vintage and modern recording gear, microphones, and instruments. A real candy store for the musicians, bands and soundtracks that come through here. Visually, there is a lot going on in a very cool and vibey way, and lots of sightlines through the various glass's separating control room and tracking room and vocal booths, etc. This place was built in 1975, and has been completely restored to, and better than, it's original condition. With a history that includes Devo, Dr. Demento, Artie Shaw, and others. To our current clientele that includes many notable bands and artists. Able to be configured to really create the legitimate feel of a classic recording studio from the 70's, as well as any modern recording studio. With all sorts of folding walls and rolling baffles to transform the room's look and feel. Many in house lighting options. Hip neighborhood with neighboring restaurant, market, and even a free skate park. Our rate includes at least one on-site staff member site rep, and everything pictured will be present on-site. Additional options/details below. Recording Engineer available.
