About Underground Studios
3,200 square feet of amazing studio and creative work space. Includes 1600 sq ft. room with a stage with a white cyclorama (infinity wall) and ceiling and rolling lights - great for giving a presentation or doing training sessions, etc. Workspace room (also 1600 square feet) includes sofas, desks, tables, large cinema displays for laptop computers to plug into and various break-out areas for smaller groups of people to congregate. There is also a front room for welcoming guests. This room can be closed off from the other rooms for private meetings. Super fast Internet as well as the ability to broadcast live from the facilities and a makeup station (for any presenters that may need it). Super cool air conditioning and loads of free parking in our own parking lot. (10 plus assigned spaces and free parking on the nearby street. During the weekends the entire parking lot of around 100 spaces is available for free) This space is also used for film and video productions, and is also a creative workspace, so it is not suitable for wild parties or events where equipment might get damaged.

There is a front room where food can be prepared and there are sinks and filtered water available in the VIP Bathroom

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We had such a great experience. Charles promptly responded to every inquiry. And, since I am not local, he made many excellent recommendations for various things that I needed. The space was perfect for our production, with plenty of room for crew/staff to work and talent comfort. We hired a gaffer through Charles, and it's no exaggeration that he saved the day! I feel lucky to have found such a gem.
