Our venue is versatile for all kinds of functions - it is perfect for photo shoots, as a holding space or your production office needs. The natural light is beautiful and abundant! To keep our space affordable, the set up and clean up is up to you. You may move items, we just ask that you return them to their original place after your rental. Please note that the decorations in the space (such as the swooping cloth pictured in the photograph) changes in accordance with the season. We'd be happy to provide you with information about the specific decorations during your rental time. St. Lydia's is a small storefront church space that also hosts rentals! We are a progressive, LGBTQIA-affirming congregation working together to dispel isolation, reconnect neighbors, and subvert the status quo. Proceeds from all rentals are in direct support of St. Lydia's. Thank you!

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This venue was so perfect for our small ceremony and reception! The space spoke for itself and we didn’t have to add much to make the space our own for the event! Julia was so helpful and corresponded with us almost instantly when changes were made or if we needed help with anything! I would use this space time and time again if I good! The space was beautiful and just what my husband and I needed for our small gathering for our wedding ceremony with our closest friends and family. Julia was super kind and let us use whatever we needed from the kitchen as we self catered which was also super helpful. We had 30 people and it was perfect without feeling overcrowded. I had a farewell event at this beautiful event space which turned out to be a surprise engagement party for me !! Julia was an amazing and accommodating host from the time I contacted her to book the space. She allowed us to visit the space before booking and she answered all questions that I had.
