Each of our conference rooms are equipped with dependable, high-speed Wi-Fi so that you can stay connected. Also included are built in televisions, projectors (with adapters provided for any laptop), and conference phones to reach or dial in any outside guests. For enhanced collaboration, utilize our whiteboards and flip charts which are included free of charge. To create a seamless meeting experience, unlimited beverage service can be set up directly in the conference room for $9/person, which includes gourmet coffee, tea, soda, and bottled water that is refreshed throughout the day. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
