About the Space
This 2400sq soundproof facility will provide your guest and wonderful experience. Plenty of dance space for a club or social atmosphere. Work with our host to help customize your fabulous event! Your reservation includes up to 120 guests, VIP Room, His and Her Bathrooms, outdoor bathroom, Main room (Dance and dinner options), optional bar usage (No outside alcohol), Kitchen space for Chaffin dish serving (Appliance are unavailable unless approved by management ahead of time), Virtual DJ Touchscreen Jukebox (Over 50,000 songs to choose from or have a DJ, we provide the system), Basketball court, an upper 4feet high deck that is used as a smoking area or a live performance stage. We will provide trash bags, toilet paper, and soap. For more information contact our host. The facility manager has a room and office space on the property. You can contact the managers between 9 am-10 pm unless it is an emergency via text/calling/email.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
