This is a private meeting space (200 square feet) within a coworking office space, and it's equipped with WIFI, a monitor display, A/V connections for connecting to the screen, Google Chromecast, projector and screen, whiteboard, printer/scanner use, free coffee and tea, and seating for 10 people. A membership to the space is not required to book this room through Peerspace.
Please leave the space in the condition it was found in. You are welcome to bring in outside food and drinks. Special accommodations must be arranged if you are planning a video shoot that involves either recording sound, playing music, or louder volume levels.
Overall, the space was great - it was big enough, in a decent location, nice table, comfy chairs, friendly people, etc. However, given the work we were doing, it was critical to have an HDMI connection to the TV via my laptop. Unfortunately, like clockwork, every 30 minutes the TV would drop the connection, the screen would first go black and then it would turn full green. This resulted in us being down for about 6 minutes for every 30 minutes that we were up, dramatically affecting our productivity and output. Not ideal, especially when we only had a limited time to get our work done; led to a lot of frustration. Keller was nice enough to try to fix it one time, but he didn't have any luck either. We ruled out any issues with the laptop (we're tech savvy and have done this a million times) - given the green screen on the TV, all issues pointed to that. So, overall, we liked the space and would book again provided the TV was replaced before our next session. I have responded "No" at this time assuming the TV will not be replaced.
The place is amazing, clean, quiet and has everything you need to be productive. And it is inexpensive considering the value we got from it. I recommend this place anytime!
