Sunny, Art-Filled Oakland Loft
About the Space
Our space was converted from a machine shop and garage to an open loft in the late 1990s. In the hip NOBE neighborhood with many nearby restaurants and cafés, including Summer Summer Thai, Noodle Theory Provisions, and Ruby's Cafe. Sunny loft with lots of art and masks from my travels around the world, including Mexico, Ecuador, Venice, Sardinia, and Guatemala. One half-bathroom available. OUR SPACE 15 Seated Leather Lounge Couch 8 Bellini Blue Chairs 4 Folding Chairs Kitchen Table 26" Flatscreen TV (portable) Projector | 75" Screen on Tripod WIFI The main room of the loft is available for guests to use, including downstairs unisex bathroom, outdoor patio (available with weather permitting). CONVENIENCE You will receive a code to open & lock the front door prior to your booking date. We do not have designated parking spots, however there is street parking. The 72 bus line is two blocks away, and we are a short distance from the Emery-Go-Round, which runs to and from the MacArthur BART station.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Thorough cleaning is done between all bookings. Most importantly, my loft is well ventilated and I have a highly-rated HEPA air cleaner running at all times. I require that all guests show proof of vaccination and photo ID when they arrive. (If, for medical reasons, you are unable to be vaccinated, please reach out to me to discuss alternatives.)
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
