About the Space

Our space was converted from a machine shop and garage to an open loft in the late 1990s. In the hip NOBE neighborhood with many nearby restaurants and cafés, including Summer Summer Thai, Noodle Theory Provisions, and Ruby's Cafe. Sunny loft with lots of art and masks from my travels around the world, including Mexico, Ecuador, Venice, Sardinia, and Guatemala. One half-bathroom available. OUR SPACE 15 Seated Leather Lounge Couch 8 Bellini Blue Chairs 4 Folding Chairs Kitchen Table 26" Flatscreen TV (portable) Projector | 75" Screen on Tripod WIFI The main room of the loft is available for guests to use, including downstairs unisex bathroom, outdoor patio (available with weather permitting). CONVENIENCE You will receive a code to open & lock the front door prior to your booking date. We do not have designated parking spots, however there is street parking. The 72 bus line is two blocks away, and we are a short distance from the Emery-Go-Round, which runs to and from the MacArthur BART station.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

This space was perfect for my photo shoot. The host was nice and very welcoming.This is a photographer’s / cinematographer’s dream. The natural light that shines through creates a strong cinematic vibe that will enhance all of your composition shots along with the props that are already in the space. I will definitely be renting again!

Yes, I would book again.

I had the pleasure of taking an important interview from this space. The space is wonderful - immaculate, comfortable, and stylishly appointed. The space would be a great place for business meetings, creative brainstorming, or simply a quiet and cozy place to study. Anne was a wonderful host - communicative, friendly, and helpful. Upon arrival Anne provided a detailed info sheet with everything I may have needed during my visit (wifi password, parking info, etc.). She even offered to prepare a coffee/tea to be ready when I arrived. End to end, this was a fabulous experience.
