About the Space
Our space was converted from a machine shop and garage to an open loft in the late 1990s. In the hip NOBE neighborhood with many nearby restaurants and cafés, including Summer Summer Thai, Noodle Theory Provisions, and Ruby's Cafe. Sunny loft with lots of art and masks from my travels around the world, including Mexico, Ecuador, Venice, Sardinia, and Guatemala. One half-bathroom available. OUR SPACE 15 Seated Leather Lounge Couch 8 Bellini Blue Chairs 4 Folding Chairs Kitchen Table 26" Flatscreen TV (portable) Projector | 75" Screen on Tripod WIFI The main room of the loft is available for guests to use, including downstairs unisex bathroom, outdoor patio (available with weather permitting). CONVENIENCE You will receive a code to open & lock the front door prior to your booking date. We do not have designated parking spots, however there is street parking. The 72 bus line is two blocks away, and we are a short distance from the Emery-Go-Round, which runs to and from the MacArthur BART station.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

We used the space for a regional meeting of professionals for an annual planning session. The space was easy to find, street parking was accessible for the day/time of the week (Wed 10-1pm) and the amenities were appreciated (coffee/tea and water). Anne was a gracious host, very easy to communicate with before our meeting. Instructions on how to use the space and leave it after we were done was clear. Would definitely recommend and will use the space again when/if needed.

The space was perfect for the group photoshoot that I organized. Plenty of good angles and spots to utilize for your next photoshoot! I best recommend booking this place if you have a group of no more than 5 people for your next photoshoot.
