The back door has a brick porch with a white door that can double as a front door. 9 ft high fences. Power: All solar. We have power on the outside of the house so you can easily light from the outside to the inside. Surfaces to the windows are flat-perfect surface to set light stands. About us: We are very comfortable with film, television, photo and commercial shoots. We have designed the house to make it easy for you to shoot here. Furniture and artwork can be moved. We have two styles of living room furniture available. We have a large actor-holding area for the cast and crew to use. Lots of places to hang the wardrobe. Rehearsal/meetings: If you would like to add a meeting or rehearsal date prior to your shoot we offer a 50% discount for those dates. We want your shoot to go as smoothly as possible.
