This 1,350 square-foot ADA compliant multipurpose gallery/performance space is a fluid, flexible environment for gathering and interacting. Activities range from exhibits, performances, and film showings to classes, meetings and small event-related receptions. Located in the lively North Beach Chinatown and Historic Manilatown district, with a Walking Score of 100 and a Transit Score of 100, our space is also close to public transportation and several reasonably priced parking lots. Hourly Use Fee includes a dedicated staff person to assist in event set up and break down and to run our Audio/Visual equipment. It also includes the use of our WiFi, Audio/Visual equipment, tables and chairs.

Pros: Good light Flexible space, can bring in outside food. Tv worked well for laptop hookup. Building has amazing SF history. Onsite managers were nice, helpful & accommodating. Good communication with host beforehand. Cons: Chairs were very uncomfortable for a full day. Nice to have shades that roll down, but got stuffy in afternoon with the doors closed. When we tried opening doors, front door is right outside bus stop so quite loud. Event manager wasn't always at front desk at breaks to lock and unlock doors. Door needs to stay locked as it's at street level. It was hard to get in touch with onsite manager beforehand.

Caroline was great to work with - very prompt and responsive. And the space was perfect for our company meeting - well equipped and clean. The onsite staff was very helpful and accommodating to our group. Our only suggestion is to upgrade the chairs, as they were pretty uncomfortable, particularly after sitting for a long period of time. Half of our staff ended up standing up. Otherwise, it's a great space!
