About Manilatown Heritage Foundation
This 1,350 square-foot ADA compliant multipurpose space is a fluid, flexible environment for private meetings and gatherings that are not open to the general public. Activities range from classes, meetings and team building activities. Located in the lively North Beach Chinatown and Historic Manilatown district, with a Walking Score of 100 and a Transit Score of 100, our space is also close to public transportation and several reasonably priced parking lots. Hourly Use Fee includes a dedicated staff person to assist in event set up and break down and to run our Audio/Visual equipment. It also includes the use of our WiFi, Audio/Visual equipment, tables and chairs.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters

Wonderful space rich in history. It's really cool to see the hustle and bustle of the city right outside the window from such a relaxed space. Our amazing host was present the whole time and super helpful. They had easy AV connections and a white board which was great for our team meeting. I hope we can use the space again in the future. p.s. highly recommend a field trip to City Lights book store, just a couple of blocks away.

Incredible space for our gathering of community leaders. They provided excellent and timely responses to our questions. The space was so comfortable and so functional, as well as accessible for our folks that have difficulty walking and hearing. Huge shout out to Jibril for all the flexibility and support!
