All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Total Usage Space: 800 ft² Suitable for: Yoga, Meditation, Health, Fitness and Wellness events only. *Strictly no alcohol.* Capacity for: 10 person Yoga class or a 20 person Meditation/Workshop. NEIGHBORHOOD Located in the Heart of San Francisco, walking distance from North Beach, Nob Hill, Russian Hill, Union Square, Financial District and Historic China Town. Public Transport: accessible by Bus #1, #8, #10, #12, #30, #45. Parking: with good Karma, there is two-hour free street parking and two-hours metered parking nearby. 3 blocks there is the North Beach Public Garage.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE: To be able to prevent the sacredness of the space ONLY Non-Alcoholic Beverages and snacks are permitted.
SPACE IS A NO-SHOE ESTABLISHMENT, PLEASE, KINDLY, TAKE OFF YOUR SHOES, AND PLACE THEM ON THE SHOE RACK UP ON ARRIVAL.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I had a virtual audition and needed a quiet space with good wifi. This place was perfect and Tankut is so kind! It was so clean and beautiful and the energy inside was so uplifting. I look forward to booking this space again in the future!!

This was my second time here! Tankut was gracious and supportive just like last time. I love that this space is quiet and has chairs, blosters, and space to move around the room for the various parts of my audition warm up. It was great to be in a place that was familiar so that I could focus on what I needed to do.

Tankut and this space were all I could have hoped for! The space was exactly as advertised, and I was able to focus on warming up for my audition. I really felt like I had the privacy to do my vocal, physical, and mental warm up, so that I was at the top of my game. On top of that, Tankut gave me some lovely words of wisdom that boosted my energy even more. The audition went even better than I had hoped, and I'm excited to go back again this weekend.
