Our beautiful pre-war machine shop in the heart of Williamsburg showcases 1920s’ chic decor, exposed brick and soaring ceilings. This listing is for the second floor vintage loft and roof deck. The loft visually immerses you in nostalgia with its vintage furniture and classic speakeasy vibe. The lovingly renovated interior of original wood and reclaimed metal, with 15-ft ceilings and custom art pieces make a stunning, camera-ready setting for film, photo shoots, or special events. A 24-person capacity private roof deck provides day and nighttime options for outside activities. Our flexible space can host your conference, launch party, film or photo shoot, wedding or reception. It’s a quintessentially Brooklyn place to make your creative, social, and professional events come to life. We require insurance for all rentals.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This was beautiful and unique space. Very attentive managers. A few things to be aware of you must bring gear upstairs- no elevator. The space is funky - That said, I would rent here again as it was really gorgeous on camera.

Was lovely being hosted by Diana and Sha. Stellar hosts. They were well prepared and super understanding of what we were trying to pull off. From start to end, my guests and I felt well accommodated.

The space was even better then imagined! Diana was a pleasure to work with and responded quickly to all communication. Additionally, the building manager, Sha, went above and beyond at all times to ensure everything went off perfectly. 10/10 would recommend for anything and everything.

The space looks AMAZING on camera, and the host and building manager couldn't have been better. The main space is much larger than it looks in the pictures. the smaller room is exactly like the pictures. This was NOT a problem because we were doing a film shoot and brought our own lighting, but the overhead lights are very dim so as soon as the sun moves past the windows you need to have your own lighting. It is very much setup for professional use, and I highly recommend it.
