Large conference room & meeting space for 8-10 guests. Includes whiteboard wall, TV with HDMI/ Apple TV capability and speakerphone. Next to common space (shared space, not private), pantry and has access to roof deck. Great for board meetings, lunches, presentations, brainstorming sessions, and more! Lots of natural light through the skylight, as well.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Everything was great.
The place is beautiful, in fact fantastic. I had an ease of access in entering the space and setting up. The owner tried his best to make sure we had all we needed. The only hicup is I had a very important meeting that needed privacy and I had people walking in the background several times and laughing out loud, breaking the flow of the meeting. I was not made aware that the pictures advertised of the space is not fully yours and you have to share the floor with a permanent stuff that shares the kitchen and sitting area. It seems the only place I had access to without disturbance was the conference room.
