Professional Studio Event Space — $175/hour | 5-Hour Minimum Our spacious professional television studio provides a unique and flexible setting for small events, including film screenings, panel discussions, presentations, networking events, community gatherings, launch events, educational programs, and other professional or creative gatherings. The space can be configured to accommodate a variety of event formats and includes access to: Tables and chairs Wi-Fi Restrooms Kitchen access Parking Wheelchair-accessible facilities EVENT RATE: $175/hour with a 5-hour minimum booking. The event rate is for space rental only. Television production services, cameras, microphones, TriCaster operation, recording, production lighting, and production technicians are not included. The 5-hour minimum includes all time needed for setup, the event itself, and cleanup. Additional time should be booked if your event requires an extended setup or breakdown. Depending on your production needs, our Media Production package and additional production staffing may be required.
