This was the second time I've reserved this space for a photoshoot and Barbara was a great host both times: very responsive and accommodating -- I was able to change the date of the photoshoot without penalty when my model was unable to make the original date. The space is as appears in the photos and the main room with the Buddha statue was easily cleared of furniture to enable a dancer to use the space.

I booked this place for a photoshoot and I thought the place was even better for my purposes than it looked in the listing. The decor was spare but artful and worked well to create an interesting space. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating to my needs and even posted notices on the gate and door that it was reserved for a photoshoot. Parking is a difficulty in the area but I was very happy with my photoshoot results and would definitely book this place again.

This space is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. I used it for a photoshoot and I’m glad I did. It’s full of character, very spacious and gets amazing natural light. Barbara is also very quick to respond to my messages which is always appreciated and helpful when finding a spot for an event. This place is also perfect for an exhibit so if you’re an artist and looking for a place to either create or display your work, this place is perfect for you. Barbara, thanks again! I’ll be back for sure. Cheers, Manolo

Barbara was a great host, and the Zen Center was an amazing venue for my team's offsite retreat. I hope to return sooner rather than later!

This was my first time using Peerspace and I was very impressed. Barbara was a wonderful and responsive host. I was planning a big event and felt very reassured in my communications with Barbara that if there were any last minute snafu's, she'd be available to help us figure it out. When we arrived, the room was set up as we needed for our event, glasses for water and tea, and a general friendliness that made us feel at home. They are affiliated with the Zen center and the aesthetic reflects that.... simple, clean and pleasing to be in the space. There was an attention to detail around supporting our event, from their end... like a print up about who we were/our event on the door. If this space is available and you need a venue, go for it. Well worth the price.

We've had two all-day staff retreats at this space. The space has been perfect for our staff of 13, allowing us the ability to break out into small groups etc- The host, Barbara, has been terrific! - She always responds back to my emails or questions within hours. We highly recommend this spot!

The Zen Conference Center was a perfect fit for our offsite. The high-ceilinged rooms are airy and light filled, accommodating long meeting days where the stakes were high and the conversation intense. Parking is a bit of a challenge, since all the street parking is limited to two hours. We did find a parking garage and a parking lot about a brisk 10-minute walk away from the center. Once inside the conference center though, the large Buddha at the end of the living room sets a tone of calm immediately.
