About the Space
Over 1300 square foot home, bright and airy rooms with hardwood floor, and big windows. Perfect for staging several different kinds of locations as the house has many different corners and rooms. Back yard is picturesque for many different kinds of outdoor settings such as: park, outdoor cafe, or any nice, backyard home. Kitchen is perfect for craft and catering with plenty of counter space. Neighborhood is pretty peaceful, however we are close to Hollywood Way, which might be a little noisy at times if shooting outdoors. Plenty of easy street parking. Shooting hours are negotiable, just contact us with your information! One thirty minute scout complimentary. Any time over that will be charged. Flat cleaning fee of $150 is waved for under 10 people.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
