Various extras are available to be booked in addition to the room but an on site manager and door greeter are included in the rental fee as well as a screen/projector, microphone and sound technician. If you’re planning on offering catering and bar, we work exclusively with the best in the city and we have the wonderful trained staff, too. Smart casual dress code Overtime and damages made will be assessed and may be subject to extra fees All load ins of equipment and heavy boxes must use the freight elevators No glitter or confetti is allowed Our cleaning staff is mandatory with a $350 fee. Any event ending after midnight is subject to an additional $250 per hour charge to the normal booking rate after a midnight end time. At your request we can provide the following services: Catering Lighting and sound Set Design Live music Florist Photography Videography Any event providing their own food & or beverage is subject to a $500 outside catering fee. Any event supplying own beverage requires staff to serve. We provide a screen, projector and one microphone included with the space. We require an AV tech at $75 hourly (3 hour minimum) to run logistics. Additional equipment available with fee. *Hourly rental fee for 9am-6pm normal business hours rate is $750 and for all Holiday events taking place in December. Holiday events require food and beverage to be placed through venue.*
Nice space overall! We had some issues with elevator access at first (our event was on the weekend so not normal business hours), but Jessica was very apologetic and promptly offered a refund for the time we spent dealing with elevator.
Wonderful space! We hosted our daughters engagement party here this past weekend. We had 100 people and it was just amazing! Perfect space for people to sit and chat or stand and mingle. Jessica was fabulous. Also excellent Josie and Damian. Extremely helpful and available anytime we needed them. Our guests had so much fun we extended our time an additional hour, and even that was super simple! They permitted our caterer and us to bring items the night before and pick up day after event, which was much less stressful. Would 100 percent book and host at this venue again!! Thanks so much for helping us host a wonderful party!!!
This loft was great for our panel event featuring 3 speakers + a cocktail reception before the program. Jessica and the Blender team were great to work with and we hope to work again in the future!
