Our 3500 sq ft daylight photo studio includes a 20x30ft corner cyc wall shooting bay with a huge (recently installed) winch adjustable 20x20ft ceiling scrim offering lighting that is ready to go ideal for video and still photography productions. Simply turn on a wall switch for perfect white seamless lighting. If there is a need for additional lighting, there's plenty more readily available to enhance your production needs. In fact, if your production needs a videographer, photographer or simply a high level lighting specialist a professional can be provided for an additional fee. A row of east and south facing windows offers beautiful soft window light with translucent draped for diffusing sunlight. Full blackout curtains are available as well as overhead tungsten lighting throughout the space. The main studio is comprised of 4 shooting bays, an office, and full Chef's kitchen and can accommodate any size project, all which are included in the $125/hr rate (3-hour minimum). Feel safe and secure about using this space and keeping your valuables locked up.
