This Union Square makeup studio is a cozy, modern space that is inviting. Ideal for small off-site meetings, interviews, and workshops. This space is also ideal for photoshoots because of the natural light, clean white walls and minimalist furniture which makes it feel spacious and open. This modern studio is located in the heart of San Francisco. The studio is located on the top 9th floor of a beautiful historic building in downtown San Francisco. The space is 258 square feet and feels light and airy. It also has a partial view of Union Square. The space is newly remodeled as of December 1, 2016 with new floors, new ceilings, and freshly painted white walls. There is a small sink in the space as well. We can provide a table and chairs for 6-8 people if needed. There are 2 white lounge chairs with a small circular marble table that is in the space. There are 2 gender neutral restrooms located on the same floor that are always clean and immaculate. The building has elevator service and 24 hour security/doorman. There are many great restaurant options located just steps away. Parking is extremely convenient as the Sutter/Stockton garage is only 1 block away. Powell Bart station is just 4 blocks away (5-10 minute walk). Union Square is 1 block away. (The rate includes the cleaning fees).
Keep the space clean and tidy. We would like you to leave the space exactly how you found it. Please close all windows, draw blinds, and lock the door after use. No loud music No smoking All rentals include setup and cleanup time. Please keep trash in the garbage can as janitorial service will pickup daily. Front door must be locked upon departure from the space.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Perfect for our needs. A clean, well-lit space which is perfect for up to 6 or 8 people. We used this for a series of short meetings with potential clients and as a workspace between meetings. Christina is quick to respond and flexible to our requests. We would definitely use this space again.
