Spanning two beautiful old industrial buildings in the heart of the city that maintain the beautiful original character and texture of the space while offering all the maintained amenities and tools for any kind of production. We're a space for creators, by creators. Our East + West Studio is a beautiful 14,000 sq. ft. brick walled and bow truss ceiling. I has two restrooms, one shower, makeup + hair room, green room, production office, kitchenette tons of props and 300ft+ of varying flats, loading docks, parking amazing backyard areas with unused train tracks, fruit trees and trails. Our Annex Studio a really cool 9,000 sq. ft. industrial hanger like building with a beautiful loft, kitchenette, two restrooms, makeup + hair room, green room, production office, kitchenette tons of props and 300ft+ of varying flats, loading docks, parking amazing backyard areas with unused train tracks, fruit trees and trails. Our rate breakdown: East + West Studio or Annex Studio: Event Rates • Up to 100 guests and crew: $4500 event days (1/2 on prep/wrap days) • 100 - 300 guests and crew: $5500 event days (1/2 on prep/wrap days) • 300 - 600 guests and crew: $6500 event days (1/2 on prep/wrap days) • 600 - 1000 guests and crew: $7000 event days *Rates may still vary depending on the productions scale and needs.
