Versatile Creative Studio in 1940s Warehouse Complex (14,000 square ft)

Welcome, please make yourself at home! Our creative studios are dedicated to providing support for all things related to Photo, Video, and Film production. Founded in 2011, we pride ourselves on being a space for creators, by creators. The newly renovated facilities offer up to 24,000 sq. ft. including two adjacent studios and stages centrally located in downtown Los Angeles. Spanning two beautiful industrial buildings from the 1940s, enjoy the limitless versatility that comes from shooting in our raw, open space with original character and a wide range of looks. Visit our playground serving the creative community to take advantage of its stellar features and amenities. Unlike other places, we offer an impressive collection of resources at your disposal including textures, wall flats, props, and tools. This one-of-a-kind warehouse comes fully equipped! The East + West studio pictured here is a 14,000 sq. ft. space with brick walls and bow truss ceiling. It has a White or Green Cyc: 30′ wide x 20′ deep x 13′ high, two (2) restrooms, one (1) shower, hair & makeup stations, green room, production office, and kitchenette. Go outdoor to explore the exteriors including an amazing backyard area with out-of-use train tracks, fruit trees, and garden trails. Plus, we've got tons of props, over 300 ft. of varying wall flats, and there's always loading dock access with ample parking. Our rates breakdown as follows, we encourage productions of any size to inquire today! MOTION SHOOTS: Bookings are ½ price on prep or wrap days. Cast & Crew hourly rates apply up to four (4) hours on shoot days. * 1-15 Cast & Crew: $2250 * 15-25 Cast & Crew: $2500 * 25-35 Cast & Crew: $3000 * 35-45 Cast & Crew: $3500 * 45+ Cast & Crew: $4000 STILL SHOOTS: Bookings are ½ price on prep or wrap days.
