Please schedule a site visit before sending booking requests so you can see the space and we can discuss the details. ***Please be aware that we charge a small security deposit, from which we deduct a wall restoration/cleaning fee based on the condition. The remainder is immediately refunded. Please see Host Rules for further details. Conveniently located in West Adams' Historic District, we offer 1200 SF of clean, white gallery space. Here are just some of the functions we love to host: • Retail and product launch pop-ups • Gallery exhibitions and installations • Press launches • Large conferences and talks • Film screenings • Photo and video production • Consumer activations • Product launches • Workshops • Corporate outings The pop-up retail/gallery space at Start Los Angeles is located in Historic West Adams and includes custom stained concrete floors, gallery lighting, one restroom, 13' 5" tall ceilings with exposed rafters, two skylights and front windows (13' feet wide by 7' tall) facing the sidewalk. The front windows are covered on the inside with opaque window film (removable for an additional fee). There is a rear passage door that leads to the shared parking lot for easy loading and unloading. The front entrance opens to a large room 38' long X 20' wide with a rear area that measures 16' long X 20' wide. A single restroom is in the rear corner of the gallery. Electrical is a new 100 AMP service. Wifi on site. Utilities are included. Brand New A/C and heat system has just been installed.

Health and Safety Measures

We use disinfecting wipes on all hard surfaces, including doors, trim, switches, handles, and in the restroom, and we vacuum and mop the floors after each booking and remove the trash. We provide hand sanitizer and access to sinks with soap and paper towels and remove all trash immediately after each booking. We provide clean trash cans with fresh liners for each event.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
