Approx. 300 sq ft ground floor storefront on side street in the East Village, directly off Tompkins Sq Park. The space has hard wood floors, track lighting, large display window. Ideal for a popup store. Weekday rate: $40/hr Weekend rate: $50/hr If you are interested in a weekend or multi-day booking, custom rates are available.

I had a great experience with this location! Darka was super helpful and I got lots of foot traffic. I could’ve communicated better at the end about how to lock up the space but other than that I would definitely book again! Great location !

Amazing space with great foot traffic. Dharka was super helpful leading up to the event by answering all my questions and on the day of the event. The space is the perfect size for any small business looking to do a small pop-up, and the provided racks made my day and setup so much easier.
