Located just 3 minutes north of Sunset Blvd (just above the street from the Comedy Store) in the West Hollywood hills, guests enter this modern home with jetliner views of Griffith Park, downtown and the ocean. The main residence boasts over 3,000 square feet of living space, and has a clean, open feel with minimalist aesthetics. Its large rooms and floor-to-ceiling glass doors completely open to an expansive deck designed for entertaining. Originally owned by Barry Gibb of the Bee Gees, the home has gorgeous, breathtaking 360 degree views of Los Angeles and a blanket of city lights. All of the rooms have been updated, including a kitchen and a large living room with a gas fireplace. It also features a den located directly off the living room for additional seating and conversations. The home has free wifi. The house is ideal for celebrity shoots, commercial shoots, photo shoots, interviews, music videos, film productions, corporate events and formal presentations. It is an inspiration for actors, writers, photographers, directors, and anyone seeking organic harmony in one of the most beautiful views of Los Angeles. - A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

Nice guy and a beautiful venue. The space includes David who was very helpful as a second set of hands for the food and drink items. He even helped us clean up which was great. David loves to host people. The home is beautiful with lovely pieces of art on the wall.

This space was great - exactly what we needed for our film shoot. Only major issue was there was construction the entire day while we were filming which required more starts and stops than we expected and was difficult to work with at times. But overall the space was as advertised and the host was very responsible. Would book again for the view if construction wasn't taking place.

This venue was the perfect for our 11 person dinner event. The space and the views are incredible. The indoor/outdoor functionality was great to have. But the highlight was David. He was very welcoming and helpful from booking through set-up and the event itself, going above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend.
