We'd love to host your next film or photo shoot. Main floor (3rd Floor + Terrace) (5,000 square foot total, 700 square foot terrace): – 5 Bathrooms (one ADA accessible) – Full kitchen* – Full AV – Full LED lighting available – FUNKTION-ONE sound system – Central air & heating – Full bar – Blackout curtains to stop any unwanted light from entering space Rooftop (3,500 square foot total, 650 square foot indoor space) – Fireplace – Full bar – 4 Bathrooms (one ADA accessible) – Weber gas grill *Kitchen Amenities – Commercial 6 burner stove & oven – 600 Pound ice maker – Separate circuit for heating ovens Cleaning fee is included in rental. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

We had a crazy, Halloween dance party wedding at Bogart House. It was amazing. Donna, Geronimo and all the staff were awesome and super accommodating to all our requests. We must have sent them a hundred emails/texts in the course of planning and they responded promptly to everything. The day of the party they were around to help with setup and make sure everything ran smoothly. The space is awesome, sound system out of this world. Make sure you rent the dance floor. It's totally worth it.
