This is the perfect space for you and your guests! Ideal for maternity parties and gender reveals. graduation parties, intimate wedding ceremony and receptions, rehearsal dinners, pop up shops, business meetings, corporate events, networking clubs, speaker lectures, birthday parties (children and adults) and cozy private events. This NEWLY constructed, custom designed space is located 3 minutes outside downtown near the River Market - the event space offers the following amenities: - 1200 sqft Open Meeting Space - Mix of Concrete and Hardwood Flooring - Hair and Makeup room, with makeup and full length mirrors, for pre event dressing - Client Lounge area - perfect for relaxing or to put a head table or DJ booth! - Full Kitchen (Stove, Microwave, Fridge and Dishwasher) - Bathroom with tiled shower - Second floor loft lounge (VIP Lounge) - Private fenced outdoor green space with open atmosphere, lots of room to roam and is open to additional decor, tikka torches, twinkle lights, yard games like corn hole or more tables and chairs to relax with your guests. Perfect place to expand for events with over 50+ people. Up to 50 people inside / up to 100+ people if using the outdoor space - 20' Ceilings with tons of gorgeous natural light - White Curtained 12' wide sliding glass door leading to back yard green space. - Private fenced outside event area, custom wooden deck with green space and a fire pit with chairs, table, metal bench and twinkle lights at dusk. Also includes a hanging chair, several hammock options and also styled backdrop walls. Perfect for s'mores, party games and socializing with family and friends! You are welcome to bring in outside caterers or discuss our recommended caterers and party rental companies. Please mention that when booking. BYOB Alcohol is fine as long as you and your guests drink socially. We have a zero "drunk" policy on guests who drink more than they can handle. We will call an Uber to get them home safe. If more than one guests breaks this hard rule or damages / fights in the building we will shut the party down immediately, no refunds! Please respect the space, so we will welcome you and your guests back. Ex: Open to close for your event. NOTE: Event Manager / Production Members will have the studio a cleaned and open and ready prior to your scheduled arrival with tables and chairs setup. If events are back to back (very rare) please be patient as we flip the space to be ready for you, do not arrive early and expect to be let in as we do the flip. You are welcome to decorate the space as you see fit inside and out, just be respectful of the building. Please use Command Strips (NOT the off brand ones) to hang decor on the walls. You may use string or ribbon to hang balloons from railings, no tape on painted surfaces or railings. You may use scotch tape on glass and windows to hang signs or banners. Any walls / railing damaged due to improper install or removal will require a repair and damages will be charged to the PeerSpace customer.
