You are welcome to decorate the space as you see fit inside and out. Please use Command Strips to hang decor on the walls. Any walls damaged due to improper install or removal will require a repair and damages will be charged to booker. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Our company had the amazing fortune to rent out this event space for a company gathering. This was exactly what we were looking for and we can not say enough wonderful things about Matt and his Manager Kaci. They have an amazing outdoor space available to play yard games, grill or just relax in. The inside is decorated amazing for their photography studio and has a full kitchen set up available. We will defiantly be using this space again and all of our staff wanted their information to use this space again. I would encourage everyone to please check out this space for any upcoming events.
