BYOB Alcohol is fine as long as you and your guests drink socially. We have a zero "drunk" policy on guests who drink more than they can handle. We will call an Uber to get them home safe. If more than one guests breaks this hard rule or damages / fights in the building we will shut the party down immediately, no refunds! Please respect the space, so we will welcome you and your guests back. Ex: Open to close for your event. NOTE: Event Manager / Production Members will have the studio a cleaned and open and ready prior to your scheduled arrival with tables and chairs setup. If events are back to back (very rare) please be patient as we flip the space to be ready for you, do not arrive early and expect to be let in as we do the flip. You are welcome to decorate the space as you see fit inside and out, just be respectful of the building. Please use Command Strips (NOT the off brand ones) to hang decor on the walls. You may use string or ribbon to hang balloons from railings, no tape on painted surfaces or railings. You may use scotch tape on glass and windows to hang signs or banners. Any walls / railing damaged due to improper install or removal will require a repair and damages will be charged to the PeerSpace customer. We provide hand sanitizer and disinfecting spray and wipes. Please provide / request masks for all your guests. Surfaces are regularly disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
