This NEWLY constructed, custom designed North Light photography studio is located 3 minutes outside downtown near the River Market - the studio space offers the following amenities: - Photography Studio Space (Available North Light Windows & Dark-out for studio strobes, LED's, HMI and Tungsten) - Private Gear Storage with shelves (Climate Controlled) - Hair and Makeup room, with makeup and full length mirrors - Client Lounge area - perfect meeting space! - Full Kitchen (Free sodas & water for your clients) - Bathroom with tiled shower and rain head. - Storage Area for larger props, clothing and furniture - Second floor loft lounge (VIP) - Private fenced outside shooting area, wooden deck with green space and a fire pit with chairs, table, metal bench and twinkle lights at dusk. Also includes a hanging chair, several hammock options and also styled backdrop walls. Studio rental includes: 4x8 painted backdrops Stock white, grey and black 9' seamless paper rolls (included with rental) multiple misc. 9' colored seamless paper rolls ($15 extra p/roll) 12x C-Stands 9' boom light stand apple boxes (full, half and pancake) Black flags & scrims, 2- 4x8 white v-flats 5x 6' Folding Tables & 35+ Folding Chairs (24 White, 14 Black) 1 Director Chairs Posing Stool (adjustable) 2 Clothing Racks, Hangers & Steamer 3- 25' extension cords Bluetooth Surround Sound Speakers (for rocking out during your shoot!) NOTE: Alien Bee 400ws - Photo Studio Strobes available to rent: Flat Rate $45.00 (includes 2x strobes, soft boxes, reflectors and radio triggers) Access: Production Member will have studio open and ready prior to your scheduled arrival. You only need to bring your camera gear, lighting and your creativity! Ask about our new Rain Machine rental - perfect for fashion shoots, senior portraits and even family sessions! We provide everything including a Rain Technician to run the machine and provide tips and guidance on the best ways to get amazing images! Matt was a fantastic host - very communicative and flexible. The space was wonderful for our event, and multiple attendees commented on how much they liked the space. Would definitely recommend.

Matt’s place was very nice, he does take a little while to get back to you through the app and will want to text through personal texts. He’s very nice and everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. For the night of the event we held a teen Prom. Mark’s employee, Trinity, stayed for our event and was very accommodating, even helping us prepare our food and set up decor and helped take down. She had extra items we forgot like a sharpie and scotch tape AND balloon pumps! That was a life saver. The hard part was the venue pricing which is stated in the rules and details, but be sure to consider it for your event budget, you will need to include a setup time before your event starts. Also while Mark’s venue ends at 11PM he does allow you to take time to clean up after and then will just add the extra charges for the 30 min or hour it takes. I will probably rent a different place next year that doesn’t include fees for setup, because the hour I arranged ended up not being enough time, but I didn’t have more in the budget to add another hour. All in all, it was nice.
