About the Space
Welcome to Aviary Studio! Our daylight studio offers beautiful natural light and is a clean and organized space for all of your production needs. The 1,400 sq. ft. space consists of a downstairs studio space and upstairs client holding lounge with coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. The downstairs area also has a makeup station, steamer, wardrobe rack and bathroom. We also have blackout curtains to darken the space and adjust lighting. The space is great for photo shoots, corporate videos, commercials, table top, wardrobe fittings, production meetings, casting and so much more. NO SMOKING in our studio and NO PARTIES! We have had issues in the past and do not allow either! If you are wanting to use a fog machine please let us know in advance. Lighting/Photo equipment is NOT INCLUDED with hourly rental. Minimum 3 hour rental Cleaning Fee: $200 (if applicable). Only charged if space is left in disarray.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We disinfect the entire space between bookings and require that every guest practice social distancing and PPE methods. We also require a signed release for anyone entering the space.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
