Access to venue will be granted day of event. All rentals include setup and cleanup time. We are licensed to serve Beer & Wine on-premise. All guest who wish consume alcohol must have a valid government issued ID. If kitchen is used, we will handle kitchen clean up. Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request. Any additional items brought into the space will be required to be taken care of by the client. No loud music after 11 pm No smoking indoors Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors Overtime: Will be mutually agreed upon via a text or Peerspace message Damage: Will be assessed at the cost to repair(s), replace or clean. NOTE: The terms, conditions, and descriptions provided may change without notice due to an event out of our control. We will work with you to make the best of most situations that may arise. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who may cause a health of safety issue. Our goal is to operate a safe successful event for you and your guests.
